We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will be happy to accept a return.
Unwashed, cut out or defective products purchased from our online store can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. All items returned to us must be in original condition, ie not worn, unwashed, with all labels attached. Otherwise, the items will be returned.

If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a difference with your order, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an e-mail or online. We will then provide you with additional instructions.

1. We only allow full refund for items that have problems caused by us.

2. If the return package does not include all accessories and parts, it has been shipped with, the cost of accessories and parts will be deducted from the total price of the product and can not justify a partial refund.

3. If for any reason you need to change the size, color or refund is under the reason of "Unlike", it will cost the delivery will be deducted from the total price of the product.


1. We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of the date of shipment of the order. Please contact us with your order number and our customer service will help you. If you wish to exchange the items in a different style, you must return your items for a refund (in accordance with the return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer

2. You must contact us before returning the items. All items sent back to us must be in their original state ie not worn, altered or washed, with all labels attached. Worn out or dirty items will be returned back to you.

3. We do not cover the shipping costs of the exchanges, you will be responsible for return postage and for transport and handling of shipping items exchanged back to you. We recommend you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we can not be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
